TO HAVE everything you need at your fingertips is priceless.
The goal of this project was to consolidate all assets and sites that a Practice Manager or General Manager may need on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prior to me creating this site there were 8 separate sites holding parts of information needed but without access to external sites.
What did i do?
I met with stakeholders to determine need, a day in the life, and the biggest asks of those who will be using this site on a daily basis. One of the major asks was for a calendar of dates in each month to support DEI initiatives, deadlines, and holidays.
I used my knowledge of SharePoint from creating other internal sites to create this site to be useful and to the Sono Bello brand standards that I also created.
